Artist's CommentsCureusDesine Presents: Super MarioMade partly as a contribution to 3D-Rrrrretro. This is a 3D version of the original 1983 arcade game "Super Mario Bros." Of course, Mario has been represented in a Three-Dimensional format since then, but this rendition places the third dimension into the original game (pixels included  ).Made completely with Bryce 6, Mario himself was modelled with 202 seperate cubes, taking about 2 hours to build. Apart from the original map, everything behind that is a random assortment of 3D pathways, to add depth and to go back to my abstract roots somewhat. HDR Lighting was incorporated into this picture. 23 Hours of Bryce work, not including render. Possibly my hardest work yet, but not my favourite.
